These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kourier.sh (“Service”), operated by Kourier AI Inc, a Texas corporation. By accessing or using our AI inference endpoint and Cloud dashboard at app.kourier.sh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our API, or accessing our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Kourier.sh provides open-weight AI model inference through an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. DeepSeek V4 Flash is currently available. Additional models, including Qwen 3.6 35B, may be added as they become ready for production.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying models or source code
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas defined in your subscription plan
• Use the Service in a way that could disrupt or interfere with other users

5. Payment and Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with flat monthly pricing. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. However, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Service, including its software and infrastructure, remains the property of Kourier AI Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kourier AI Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
